Inari Tea is a Japanese tea dessert bar located in Ebisu, Tokyo. At this establishment, the allure of Japanese tea is explored through three key themes: “Technology, Mixology, and Cultural Diversity.” Since its opening in 2018, the shop has been making waves with its inventive menu based on Japanese tea.
The tea at the establishment is carefully chosen from the well-established tea merchant “Yamashina Chaho” in Fukuoka. A variety of Japanese teas that reflect the individuality and diversity of tea cultivation in Kyushu are available.
The Japanese tea menu includes a range of offerings, such as sencha from Fukuoka and Nagasaki, Kamaiari-cha(pan-fired tea) from Miyazaki, hojicha from Kagoshima, and even red tea from Yakushima.
The hallmark of Inari Tea is its unique tea-based creations and enchanting tea-infused desserts.
The menu has been developed in collaboration with renowned pastry chefs and Italian cuisine chefs, led by the owner, Mr. Shigematsu. The items crafted by these tea and culinary professionals are not only delightful in taste but also visually impressive.
Original Japanese tea cocktails, co-created with the bartenders, are also available.
From classic Japanese tea selections to tea-infused desserts, “Inari Tea” delights its customers with a diverse menu. We encourage you to immerse yourself in the new world of Japanese tea by experiencing it firsthand.
