SALON GINZA SABOU is a Japanese-style cafe located in Ginza, Tokyo. It’s situated on the B2 floor of the Tokyu Plaza, a commercial facility directly connected to Ginza Station.
One of the popular menu items is the “Sabou Parfait,” a matcha parfait presented in the image of a Japanese garden. The surface is covered with matcha powder chocolate, beneath which lies a rich mascarpone cheese dessert infused with matcha. The bittersweet essence of matcha is complemented by the velvety sweetness of matcha ganache.
SALON GINZA SABOU uses tea from the tea garden “Tea Farm Inokura” in Tsukigase, Nara. Various tea is available, including sencha, black tea, and oolong tea. The tea menu is self-service style, with teapots and hot water provided, allowing you to enjoy multiple infusions at your own pace.
Recommended dishes include the set meal and bento featuring “Yukihotaka,” a Koshihikari rice variety grown in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. The rice, cooked in an earthen pot, is exceptional.
Due to its convenient access directly connected to Ginza Station, it’s highly recommended to casually drop by SALON GINZA SABOU.
